Apparently I am feeling foodie lately.  But asked for a fave recipe today so I am linking up!

These chicken crescent rolls are a delicious twist to chicken salad and they look pretty, especially served with a salad.  They are also deliciously filling.

2 cups cooked, cooled chicken (see Ten on Tuesday last week for an easy way to do the chicken!)
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp fresh parsley
pepper to taste
1 can refrigerated crescent rolls

Mix 1st 5 ingredients together.  Unwrap rolls and separate into triangles.  Put 1/8 of the mixture on each roll and roll up.  Or, for larger servings, you can do rolls into squares and fold into pockets around the chicken mixture.)
Bake at 375 for 11-13 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
